Expert Services - An Updated Solution

What is the idea of Expert Services?

The essence of Expert Services is to offer better support and services related to our product, SystemWeaver. Our goal is to empower our customers by ensuring they can fully leverage the capabilities of our product, thereby maximizing its potential to meet their needs effectively.

The idea is also to bridge the gap that sometimes exists between a product (SystemWeaver) and the processes and Way of working. Our support extends beyond navigating SystemWeaver; we offer comprehensive guidance within the entire domain. For example, we provide expertise in designing processes that lead to successful certification, ensuring a holistic approach to achieving objectives.

We also support the integration of our product into the existing tools and environments of a customer.

Finally, we want to build a tighter relationship with our customers, to understand them better and their daily use of our product and enable communication channels for the wish lists for added functionality in new product releases, among others.

Who will benefit from Expert Services?

All our customers; long-standing customers, new customers, and future customers. With increased bandwidth and deeper technical competence in specific domains, we will be able to support more customers simultaneously which is important when our customer base keeps growing. But we will also have the capacity to be a more active player in the ecosystem of the Software Defined Vehicle by giving demos of our product, writing whitepapers and insights, and attending research projects, conferences, and similar.

In your dream world, how will Expert Services look in a year?

We will have grown significantly, let’s say double. But volume is not the main KPI, it is more important to add the right competence and even more importantly the right people – people who believe in the strength of our product and what could be achieved with it. We are still a small company with a large market share in Sweden, and even though we already have several, very interesting international customers as well, our global market share is still very small which means a great potential to grow for us. From my experience, the foundation of every successful growth journey is the right team - people who like to work in a relatively small company, who have broad and deep competence and a mindset of not being afraid of stepping out of their comfort zone and grabbing the opportunities and challenges that arise to serve our usually large, global customers who often embark on complex and demanding journeys.

I’m sure we have many of those people in Gothenburg, who would like to join us in making SystemWeaver a global success, while still serving our local customers in the best possible way.
