CEO

Magnus is the CEO of SystemWeaver. He brings a deep understanding of how technology can drive business value and how to solve real-world challenges. With a background that includes roles as Head of Innovation, CTO and other senior leadership positions, Magnus has led growth across both large enterprises and fast-moving startups. From a technology perspective, his experience spans data, analytics, data science, AI, and complex software development. Magnus believes that building great companies starts with building great teams.

VP of Product Management

As VP of Product Management, Anders leads the work on product definition, customer offer, and product pricing. In this role, he defines the product roadmap for SystemWeaver and associated products and offers.

VP of Sales & Marketing

Marcus and his sales and marketing team are responsible for strengthening SystemWeaver’s brand and increasing demand for SystemWeaver’s solutions. With solid experience in international sales, business development and customer success, both from tech start-ups and tech giants in the enterprise software domain, Marcus is driving SystemWeaver’s product-centered go-to-market strategy and makes sure the value proposition meets and exceeds the needs of our key customers, strategic partners, and new demands on the market.

CFO

Charlotta and her team are responsible for finance, control and continuous improvement for the SystemWeaver operations. With her broad knowledge and long experience, Charlotta works actively to ensure that SystemWeaver continuously improves to efficiently manage its growth.

VP of Engineering

As VP of Engineering, Bashar is leading, building, and growing engineering teams. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that the SystemWeaver vision is realized through excellence in execution.

VP of Expert Services

As VP of Expert Services, Magnus leads a dedicated team of product specialists. He ensures that our vision is actualized by delivering unparalleled consultancy and service excellence.

With an MSc in Electrical Engineering, Andreas has more than 20 years of experience in the technology and software sector. He is currently CTO at Consafe Logistics and has previously held positions at Arm, Ericsson, Sony, and others.

He serves on the Board of Directors of Smart Eye AB, a publicly listed automotive technology company, and Systemite AB. He has previously served as a board member of Nohau Solutions AB.

One of the main founders of SystemWeaver in 2000. Claes has an MSc in Electrical Engineering and is a pioneer in the field. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and immense knowledge of embedded software development, he is an important asset, especially with his deep knowledge of SystemWeaver.

With an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Civil Engineering, Erik brings 20+ years of experience from previous executive positions in global manufacturing companies combined with prior roles in strategy and M&A consulting companies as well as start-ups. Erik is the CEO of Viltor and is serving as a board member of Systemite AB, Aliaro AB, OctoFrost AB, Singer & Sohn Gmbh and Bruks Siwertell Group AB.

Mats holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Lund Faculty of Engineering and has more than 35 years of experience in research and development in Automotive. He has held various senior positions within Saab Automobile, General Motors Europe, Volvo Cars and Geely Automotive. Mats is Chairman of the Board of Aliaro AB, and a board member of CarlixKlippan AB, Terranet AB, MedicSolution AB and Chalmers Industri Teknik. Mats also works through his own company as an advisor to various companies.
